Pack 1 will be going on a winter indoor campout/retreat at Carol Joy Holling Camp near Ashland, NE on Feb 21-22, 2020. This event starts at 6:30pm on Friday and will end at approximately 12pm on Sat. We will be sleeping indoors in 2-3 different buildings. Each building has multiple rooms with 3-4 bunk beds per room.
The cost to attend this event is $30 per person. Included in this cost is a nighttime snack and breakfast. There is an optional activity on Saturday Morning, the camp has an indoor ropes course that we can do, but there is an additional $10 charge for that activity, please be sure to indicate below if your scout is interested in that activity. The ropes course is limited to scouts only.
If your scout sold more than $700 in popcorn this year, they earned free registration for this event as a reward (we will include the cost of the ropes course for these scouts as well). If your scout earned this reward, please indicate this on the registration form by checking the box after you enter your scout's name. Every person attending this event must register using our online form. Siblings are welcome to attend this event, but all attendees must be over 4 years old. Because all scouts on this event must attend with a responsible adult, we covering the fee for the one parent to attend with a scout. Additional parents and siblings must pay the full registration cost. The registration form allows you to indicate if your scout will be attending with another adult/family.
Outside food and drink are allowed, but a snack and breakfast are provided. Dietary restrictions can be listed on the registration form.
Please plan to arrive at camp between 6:30-7pm on Friday. There is sufficient parking, but please try to carpool if possible.

Registration forms must be completed by Monday, Dec 16, 2019.
Payment can be made online through our Square store or in person at the Pack meetings on November 18th or December 16th.
IMPORTANT: A release form is required for the Ropes course, the form can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the right. We will also have copies of this form available on Friday at the campout if you don't fill it out ahead of time.
