Pack 1 will be going on a Sleeping Bag Safari at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha on Friday Feb 23, 2018 and Feb 24, 2018. This event starts at 7pm on Friday and will end at approximately 9:30am on Sat. We will be sleeping in the Aquarium building and will be going on two zookeeper led hikes in the zoo, one on Friday night and one on Saturday morning.
The cost to attend this event is $54.50 per person. Included in this cost is a nighttime snack and breakfast as well as an attendance patch. The zoo will be selling event-specific T-shirts at the event if you would like to purchase one. They only take cash or check, so please plan accordingly.
If your scout sold more than $650 in popcorn this year, he had the option to choose free admission to this event as a reward. If your scout chose this reward, please indicate this on the registration form by checking the box after you enter your scout's name. Every person attending this event must register using our online form. Siblings are welcome to attend this event, but all attendees must be over 4 years old. As all scouts on this event must attend with a responsible adult, we are discounting the fee for the 1st parent to attend with a scout to $35. The registration form allows you to indicate if your scout will be attending with another adult/family.
Outside food and drink are not allowed, as snacks and breakfast are provided. Dietary restrictions can be listed on the registration form.
Registration forms must be completed by Wednesday Feb 7, 2018.
Payment can be made online through our Square store or in person at the Pack meeting on January 22, 2018.
